About the Position Perido is now seeking a project manager for our client, a government organization responsible for managing and developing a large and diverse portfolio of properties with high cultural heritage, architectural, and societal values. You will work from our office located in Stockholm. Your Responsibilities As a project manager, you are responsible for long-term maintenance planning of parks and grounds, with a focus on ensuring the properties' financial and cultural heritage values. The role involves driving projects from investigation and planning through procurement, implementation, and follow-up, in close collaboration with property managers and operations organizations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead maintenance and renovation projects for parks and grounds. - Develop and prepare planning guidelines and decision-making documents. - Budget, plan, procure, and follow up on projects. - Coordinate internal and external stakeholders in projects. - Develop long-term maintenance and care plans for parks and trees. - Conduct risk tree assessments. - Ensure work is carried out carefully with consideration for cultural heritage values. - Collaborate with property managers and operations organizations. Required Qualifications: - University degree in landscape engineering, landscape architecture, or equivalent, or equivalent knowledge acquired through practical experience - At least three years of experience with laws, regulations, and other requirements related to property owner responsibilities and contract law - At least three years of experience working with tree maintenance and risk tree management - At least three years of experience working as a project manager - At least three years of experience with public procurement (LOU 2016:1145) - Valid driver's license (category B) - Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Meritorious: - Experience with parks and grounds that have cultural heritage value - Knowledge of park and grounds issues - Ability to describe in detail your work methods to enable verification of your competence and experience in the field Scope and Start Date Full-time consulting assignment until 2027-10-25 with possibility of extension.
