Here you'll have a key role in developing our security and lock solutions offering and be part of an exciting growth journey with great opportunities to make an impact.
About the position:
As a project manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive and lead various projects within contracting and service, focusing on security systems. We invest in people who want to develop in this field and we'll support your growth. As part of the team, you'll be involved in developing customized system solutions and serve as a technical advisor to both customers and colleagues.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing security systems
- Managing projects from planning to finished product
- Leading, developing, and motivating employees
- Proactively working with existing and new customers
- Taking responsibility for financial results
You'll have independent and engaging work with many contact points, both internally and externally. At the same time, you'll become part of a close-knit team in the electrical department in Jönköping, where we collaborate closely and help each other on joint projects and business initiatives. To support your development, we offer our internal leadership and project management training through Granitor Business School.
Are you the right person for this position?
To succeed as a project manager, you need collaboration skills and good relationships with customers, suppliers, employees, and colleagues. You're organized, engaged, thorough, and goal-oriented. Leadership is about leading yourself and creating an environment for others' development and success. Proficiency with digital tools such as Office365 and Bluebeam is important since we continuously strive to streamline work processes.
To be successful in this role, we see that you meet the following requirements:
- Upper secondary education/vocational training, preferably in electrical, technical, or IT fields
- Basic knowledge of electrical/low voltage systems
- Experience with some design of security systems
- Class B driver's license
- Good Swedish proficiency, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills
- Clean criminal record and approved police security clearance
It's beneficial if you:
- Are a certified qualified engineer in burglar alarms/fire alarms
- Have worked as a project manager or in a similar role previously
