The Coordinated Care Reform aims to improve care and support for people with harmful use or dependency combined with another psychiatric diagnosis. The reform includes clarifying the division of responsibility between healthcare and social services. Regions will be responsible for coordinated care and treatment, while social services will continue to be responsible for daily support, such as housing and employment. Additionally, involuntary care legislation will change. The goal of the reform is to create more coordinated, needs-adapted, and person-centered interventions so that every patient receives the support they need. The first parts of the reform are to be in place in early 2027. We are now seeking a project manager who will be central to implementing the Coordinated Care Reform in Southern Lapland. The role involves coordinating information about necessary changes within the municipality and region, as well as creating collaboration between all stakeholders. You will help map the current situation, develop change objectives, and identify paths forward—with the goal of improving coordination around coordinated care. You will drive and work practically and concretely to ensure that the reform is implemented according to national guidelines and on schedule. The work is performed under the direction of a steering group consisting of representatives from the municipality and region. 1 position(s). RESPONSIBILITIES As a project manager with us, you create conditions for collaboration, new knowledge, and a strong future. You are responsible for coordinating and disseminating information about the reform's requirements and change needs in the area. You will be the link between the municipality, region, and other stakeholders in the work, and you will drive mapping of the current situation in Southern Lapland. You will design and present concrete change objectives and identify and suggest ways forward to achieve these. You will also provide practical support to operations representatives who need to decide on and implement changes in their organizations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with previous experience leading change initiatives and/or project management. You should have higher education or equivalent competence acquired through education and experience that the employer deems relevant for the assignment. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of municipal and regional operations; experience working in psychiatry and/or dependency issues is particularly valuable. This assignment involves travel; a Class B driver's license is required. To succeed in this role, you are driven as a person and accustomed to working independently. You have the ability to quickly grasp and structure new information. You can communicate messages and information in a pedagogical and clear manner.
