About the Role Do you have previous experience in security technology project management and are interested in working in a large organization that strategically invests in the technical field? Securitas is currently looking for a market-focused project manager based in Helsingborg or Halmstad, with a work area spanning from Landskrona to Falkenberg and surrounding regions. Our current project manager is advancing within the company, so we are now seeking a replacement for this position. You will work on developing technical security solutions, budgeting, procurement with tender specifications and related services, as well as ensure and quality-assure the projects that are executed. All projects and installations are coordinated with our selected subcontractors, which means a broad network with good product knowledge of all the market's different systems. You will plan your days independently and are offered great freedom and responsibility - which requires strong self-leadership. We believe you perform best when you combine your technical expertise with supporting our sales organization in optimizing customer conditions. You collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and develop precise technical solutions. Requirements We are looking for you who already have... relevant experience from the security industry (project management, technology, sales, or equivalent) knowledge of design and budgeting technical education at least at upper secondary school level or equivalent good knowledge of Swedish and English B-class driver's license Meritorious if you also have... experience in project management within construction/contracting certification as an engineer in burglary, fire, or CCTV experience with procurements and/or construction law knowledge of network and IT platforms leadership experience Personal Qualities As a person, you are market-focused and have the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and adapted way for different audiences. You are analytical, solution-oriented and see opportunities where others see problems. Your strong communication skills allow you to succeed whether working independently or in a team.
