Together we accelerate the transition to a more sustainable society. Job Description As a Test Manager, you will be at the center of action. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting results of individual tests at the vehicle level within system and subsystem levels with associated functions, products, and properties. You will also be responsible for verification of documentation. You will lead and coordinate assigned resources in this area. You will be part of a team where you work with product development at the cutting edge of technology. The position involves close contact with adjacent line sections. Travel may occur in this role. Qualifications About You We are looking for someone with post-secondary engineering education and preferably experience in project management, or equivalent work experience. You thrive in a varied role and can manage projects without difficulty using recognized methods. You are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You are motivated by complex tasks where you can use your analytical abilities to create structure and implementation, as well as evaluate results. You are also motivated by working on complex assignments. The role involves close collaboration with our clients' technical teams, so you need to enjoy working in groups and have the ability to communicate with them at a professional level. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Meritorious Project management experience Experience from the automotive or defense industry Other Information Full-time. Work location is on-site at the client's premises in Örnsköldsvik. Valid driver's license (Category B) and Swedish citizenship required. Drug test and security screening will be conducted before assignment start.
