The Project & Construction Management Department consists of three groups headquartered in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. The groups currently have between 6–8 employees with varied experience and specialized expertise, creating a positive collaborative environment. We want to expand the groups to strengthen our local presence and build with key people who can lead our largest general consultant assignments.
Our clients are both public and private at all project stages. Ideally, we drive projects from early concept through to finished building, often together with several colleagues.
We want to expand the department with you working as a Project Manager and Design Manager, as this is our core business, but we also offer services such as construction management, BAS-P, inspection authority representative, and cost estimation.
Your Profile
We are looking for both those with 5 years of experience and those with 10 years of experience in the role of Project Manager and Design Manager of construction and real estate projects.
You have strong commitment, natural drive, and a willingness to take responsibility for both assignments and people. As a person, you are best described as initiative-taking, solution-oriented, and able to see opportunities where others see challenges. You thrive in social settings, build trusting relationships, and actively contribute to both the team's and the organization's development.
Coaching, supporting, and developing colleagues is something you see as a natural part of your leadership. You combine a strategic perspective with an unpretentious approach and enjoy sharing your experience.
To succeed in the role, you need:
at least a university engineering degree or equivalent experience.
at least 5 and 10 years respectively of experience in construction project management/design management.
the ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written

Solid knowledge of contract law
Cost estimation
KA-K authorization
Further, you have an established customer network and understand the value of long-term relationships and business development. You are experienced in leading and coordinating others, creating structure in assignments, and ensuring that resources are used efficiently.
For those with +10 years of experience, we also see that you have a genuine interest in supporting, coaching, and developing younger colleagues and contributing your experience to the organization's continued development. You are comfortable representing the organization in steering committees and other strategic forums.
