Responsibilities Ostlänken is a 160 km double-track railway between Södertälje and Linköping. You will work on the Vagnhärad project, which runs from the southern parts of Södertälje municipality through the entire Trosa municipality down to Sillekrog. Your task is to lead the Vagnhärad project's monitoring of all signed contracts, both internal and the contractor's subcontractors. You will have several colleagues assisting you, each responsible for different areas. Your responsibility as project manager is to coordinate the team's work. This includes: - Plan, manage, and report on the monitoring of various contracts - Handle interpretations, legal matters, notifications, change orders, etc. - Report status to the Project Manager - Ensure that government permits, building permits, and similar authorizations are sought and obtained - Support project managers in design and production with contractual matters and impact - Participate in internal and external meetings - Monitor the contractor's procurement of subcontractors You will be supervised by the Project Manager and be part of the project's management team.
