As a Project Manager Production Preparation at the Swedish Transport Administration, you are part of facilitating everyday life for residents and businesses throughout Sweden. You do this by contributing to the infrastructure of the future. Work Tasks Göteborg-Borås is currently working on railway plans across the entire route and is simultaneously ramping up ahead of the upcoming production phase. We are now seeking a project manager for production preparation who wants to be part of this exciting journey. The role involves your responsibility for developing technical specifications for the major contracts planned on the sub-section Almedal - Mölndal, based on system documentation produced within our planning projects. You take responsibility for receiving the system documentation and develop constructability in the continued work. You will also contribute to developing working methods, administrative models and monitoring methodology for Phase 1 and Phase 2 in TEM contracts, as well as contribute broadly to the program's contract and business work with the aim of developing good governance in our contracts. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we are looking for you who have the ability to work both strategically and operationally with a clear focus on goals and implementation. You communicate clearly and simply, are receptive and adapt your communication to the recipient - both verbally and in writing. As a project manager you are unpretentious and engaging; you collaborate actively and involve others, create good conditions for the program and build a cooperation climate where the program achieves its common goals. You work in a structured manner and have strong analytical skills, where you see logic and connections even in complex contexts and use this to solve problems efficiently. We are looking for you who have a degree from a university or college of at least 180 ECTS credits (120 points) in civil engineering or other academic education combined with experience that we together consider equivalent around 10 years of relevant work experience in project/design management in infrastructure projects experience working with developing technical specifications for total contracts good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing B driver's license. It is meritorious if you have experience of TEM/ECI contracts (i.e. contracts with early contractor involvement) a leadership role* in large construction projects exceeding 1 billion kronor. *By leadership role is meant project manager, assignment manager, design manager, project director and similar. Roles as project engineer, administrator and similar do not qualify. Other Information The placement location for this position is Gothenburg.
