Do you want to lead projects that drive the green transition forward? We are expanding our team in Linköping and are looking for an experienced project manager who wants to help develop customers, business, and our sustainable future. Within our department, we work on exciting projects in renewable energy, energy storage, power and district heating, CCUS and PtX, hydrogen, and the transition to green industry. We lead projects through the entire process, from early studies and permitting to design, construction, and commissioning. Our customers range from public sector organizations to private businesses, including state agencies, municipalities, industrial companies, and energy utilities. With a strong focus on sustainability issues—ecological, social, and economic—we work to accelerate the transition to a sustainable society. As a project manager with us, you will be the key person responsible for leading, driving, and following up on projects for our customers. Your role can vary from individual projects to larger long-term multidisciplinary projects, always with a focus on innovative and holistic solutions. You will follow projects from project development through construction and follow-up, with great freedom and responsibility alongside knowledgeable colleagues. Your areas of responsibility include: Leading and driving projects through the entire project lifecycle. Responsibility for project finances, resource planning, schedules, and risk management. Coordinating customers, contractors, consultants, and internal specialists. Building customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Driving sales and business development through customer needs, networking, and bid work. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is a team player, forward-thinking and courageous, and who values collaboration highly in your leadership. You have at least 10 years of experience as a project or design manager or as a multidisciplinary project manager within industrial projects. In addition to this, you have: Engineering education within energy, mechanical, process, construction, or electrical/automation. Experience or knowledge in renewable energy, heating, cooling, hydrogen, and/or energy storage/batteries is a merit. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner under pressure. We also consider experience as BAS-P/U and certifications such as PMP or similar as merits.
