Project Manager with Passion for Marketing, Events, and Communications! Do you have experience driving marketing projects and creating successful events? We're seeking a consultant for an exciting assignment where you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows, conferences, and product launches. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful activities, strong results, and efficient project delivery. About the Assignment As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows, conferences, and product launches. The role is both strategic and operational, meaning you'll not only lead the projects but also actively participate in their execution. Your main responsibilities: Planning and executing trade shows and conferences Project management of product launches Coordination between internal departments, suppliers, and external partners Development of project plans, timelines, and activity schedules Coordination of marketing materials and communication efforts related to activities Following up on and evaluating completed projects Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone with experience driving marketing-related projects and who is accustomed to working with multiple contact points simultaneously. We would like you to have: Experience in project management within marketing, events, or communications Experience with trade shows, conferences, or product launches Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating multiple parallel activities Good knowledge of Swedish and English Experience in marketing and communications work It's advantageous if you have experience with international operations or technology-oriented companies. To succeed in this role, you are driven, communicative, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to create structure, build relationships, and drive projects forward with high quality and clear results focus.
