As a Project Manager, you will work on our large service agreement with new construction and reinforcement projects. We work with both overhead lines and underground cable networks at various voltage levels, 0.4-40kV. We're looking for someone who is motivated by creating the best conditions for technicians in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality. The work is independent but at the same time requires a strong focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Some of your main responsibilities: - Responsibility for business planning and project execution through work management and coordination - Inform and report on project status to the client - Responsibility for the financial outcome of projects/assignments and manage closures and financial follow-up - Participate in construction meetings and negotiations with the client - Actively contribute to creating Sweden's safest workplace together Travel is a natural part of the work as a Project Manager. Projects within service agreements require shorter day trips within the nearest geography. Job Requirements As a Project Manager with us, you will be the technicians' primary contact for the work performed in the field. You lead technicians and subcontractors in their daily work with a focus on technology and progress. Beyond technical expertise, leadership and communication are a large part of the daily work, so we're looking for someone with a problem-solving and coaching approach. Beyond leadership, a large part of the work is being able to independently drive projects forward. We're therefore looking for someone who takes responsibility and has great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by providing good service and quality to your customers, you act in a business-minded way with good entrepreneurship, and you would never let profitability take precedence over safety. Being able to communicate, inform, and negotiate on both price and time with the client is a large part of the daily work for a project manager. When you start with us, there is always mentorship and depending on your experience level, the length of the mentorship varies. We know that you will develop with us. But we would like to see that you already have: - A completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electrical, electrical power, technology, contracting, construction, economics, or another relevant field - Work experience in work management or project management - Work experience in the electrical or electrical power sector, or alternatively comprehensive electrical knowledge is a merit - Experience from the contracting industry is a merit - Computer skills (Office package) and experience with process-driven work in case management systems - B driver's license, as travel is part of the position - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
