We are now seeking an engaged project leader who wants to inspire curiosity in the next generation. Through inspiring activities, collaboration with industry, and close partnerships with schools, you will create the conditions for future competence supply while contributing to regional development and competitiveness. This is the role for someone driven by making a real difference. About the role As Project Leader for Inspire, you work at the intersection of education, business, and community development. One day you stand in front of a class inspiring students to become curious about technology and industry. The next day you are involved in projects with educational actors to shape new activities. You drive initiatives from idea to implementation and follow-up, identify new collaboration opportunities, and create activities that make technology and industry more accessible, relevant, and exciting for children and young people. In this role, you become an important ambassador for both IUC East, Skill, and the region's industrial companies. You build relationships, bring people together around common goals, and contribute to strengthening industry's long-term competence supply. Why you will thrive with us This is not a traditional project management job. You get to combine social impact with project management, relationship building, and development work. You have great freedom to influence your work, drive your own initiatives, and develop new ideas together with engaged colleagues and partners. With us, you become part of a team that believes in collaboration, innovation, and people's potential. Together we create the conditions for the future industry. Who are you? We believe you are someone who loves inspiring and engaging children and young people. You are confident speaking to groups and have a natural ability to engage people, whether you meet students, teachers, industry leaders, or other partners. You enjoy building relationships and creating trust, while at the same time being structured and accustomed to taking responsibility for getting things done. Perhaps you have worked with education, project management, competence development, business development, or social issues. Regardless of background, you have a genuine interest in technology, industry, and future competence supply. We would like to see that you have: Experience planning and implementing educational initiatives, projects, or development activities. Ability to communicate and present in an inspiring and engaging manner. Experience coordinating multiple activities and projects simultaneously. Ability to create long-term relationships and collaborations. Interest in technology, digitalization, industry, and competence development. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing. You carry out assignments in locations relevant to IUC East and Skill, so travel is part of the role, some with overnight stays. Our activities are mainly conducted as school holiday activities, so you work when schoolchildren are on vacation from school except during the industrial holiday.
