Join us in leading large, complex, and significant projects at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. We are seeking a project manager with construction or infrastructure background who wants to take responsibility for developing and driving development projects in the T5 PBI program (Terminal 5 - Pier, Baggage & Check-in). What does the role entail? As a project manager at Swedavia, you are responsible for the entire project process, from planning to completed product, with a focus on time, budget, quality, work environment, and environment. The work includes time planning, procurement, financial monitoring, and reporting. You lead meetings, participate in quality and environmental work, and ensure that the project follows objectives, budget, and timelines. In your role as project manager, you report to the responsible project director and you will be based at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has: University degree in engineering, civil engineering, project management, or equivalent At least ten years of experience from the construction and infrastructure industry, of which at least 5 years as a project manager or equivalent role Experience from renovation projects considering ongoing operations and/or subcontractors Negotiation experience and experience with financial regulations in construction contracts Managed and been responsible for large, complex projects in the multi-million range Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you have experience with: Work with installation-intensive projects Construction law and procurement according to LOU or LUF As a person, you are a skilled team builder and leader who can guide a team toward common goals. You are a good communicator who enjoys collaborating and networking. Furthermore, you are a problem solver and a driving force who sees opportunities rather than risks in the challenges that come with driving projects in the complex airport environment.
