We are now looking for a project manager for a technical industrial company in Gånghester, where you will play a central role in driving projects from start to delivery.
Here, projects vary and they don't always follow the same path. Therefore, we are looking for someone who likes order and organization, but who isn't rigid. You can plan and maintain structure, but also see opportunities when something changes along the way.
About the Role
As a project manager, you are responsible for keeping the project together from handoff from sales to final delivery to the customer.
You will, among other things:
plan and monitor the project's schedule, budget, and deliveries
maintain contact with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and installers
coordinate work between design and other internal functions
monitor the project's finances against budget and estimates
handle changes and additions during the project
work with procurement and supplier contacts
ensure that documentation and other project materials are in place
contribute technical documentation and necessary calculations
drive the project forward and ensure that everyone involved has the right information.
You don't need to do everything yourself. Your most important task is to understand the whole picture, create structure, and make the different parts and people of the project work together.

Your Background
We would like to see that you have:
engineering education or equivalent technical experience
experience with project management or project-oriented work within technology/industry
understanding of finances, schedules, and deliveries
good knowledge of Office
experience with AutoCAD and/or Inventor
good Swedish and English, spoken and written.
We also welcome you who are at the beginning of your project manager career and have a few years of relevant experience. For the right person, there is an opportunity to develop and take on more responsibility over time.
The Assignment
The position is initially a consulting assignment with the possibility of continued employment with the customer.
You will have the opportunity to enter a technical operation with varying projects, many points of contact, and good opportunities to develop in the role.
