We are recruiting an experienced and business-driven project manager in the demolition industry! ML Demo AB ML Demo, a stable and family-owned demolition company operating in Stockholm with headquarters in Saltsjö-Boo, is now seeking a project manager who wants to lead challenging projects in demolition, decommissioning, remediation, and core drilling. Now we are looking for you – a driven project manager with solid knowledge of the demolition industry! About the Position As a project manager in demolition, you are responsible for independently leading and driving demolition projects from start to finish. You prepare estimates and calculate demolition work, while developing customer relationships and actively contributing to bringing in new assignments. This includes preparing and submitting bids, as well as planning resources such as personnel, machinery, and subcontractors to ensure project efficiency. You ensure that each project is completed on schedule and budget, and have overall responsibility for working conditions and safety at the workplace. Ongoing customer contact and follow-up are a natural part of your role, and you work continuously with financial monitoring and forecasting to keep track of project finances. The majority of projects are within the customs boundary, and when you are not in a project you work from the office. You have great freedom to plan your own workdays and work closely with other project managers and work supervisors. Requirements Experience & Education Experience as a project manager/site manager in the demolition or construction industry (within ROT) Knowledge of estimate work, project planning, and business understanding Good knowledge of work environment regulations and safety requirements Leadership experience and clear communication skills B-class driver's license Good computer skills, particularly MS Office Very good Swedish, spoken and written. Meritorious Experience with larger projects (over 5 million) Certifications in Asbestos Training, BAS-U & BAS-P Knowledge of environmental surveying and hazardous waste management Experience with procurement and contract law (AB/ABT) Knowledge of waste management.
