Project Manager in Production

We are now looking for a project manager for a consulting assignment with our client in the technology and industrial sector in Linköping. In this role, you will drive development and production projects and hold a central position in coordinating different functions within production. This assignment is suitable for you if you have project management experience, thrive with many contact points, and are motivated by driving work forward together with others. About the Assignment As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing development and production projects. You lead and coordinate project team members from areas such as production engineering, planning, procurement, and production quality, as well as other parts of production. The role also involves close collaboration and many contact points within program and development activities. Your main responsibilities are to: - Plan, coordinate, and implement development and production projects - Work to achieve project goals and metrics, as well as report on and follow up these - Identify and manage risks within projects - Create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders within projects and programs - Report project status to the steering committee - Lead and coordinate project team members from various functions within production Your Profile Relevant higher education in engineering or equivalent work experience Experience with project management Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Driver's license An experience level equivalent to 3 years of relevant experience As a person, you are communicative and independent, take own initiatives, and have a positive attitude. You thrive at motivating people around you and contribute to good teamwork. You are also curious about your own development and have a desire to learn new things as the business's needs change.
