About the role As a project manager at Pokayoke, you are responsible for driving projects from planning to implementation. Projects may be related to, for example, automation, facility establishment, changed work methods, systems, or other development initiatives within warehousing and logistics. You work closely with the business and need to understand both the overarching goals and what it takes to make the change work in practice. The role involves many contact points and you will coordinate, for example, operational functions, technical teams, suppliers, and other internal and external parties where your role becomes crucial in creating structure, clarity, and momentum. Therefore, we are looking for a confident and experienced project manager who has the ability to take responsibility for the whole, manage complexity, and build trust with the people you work with. Your responsibilities Plan and drive projects from start to implementation Lead projects within warehousing, logistics, and business development Drive projects related to automation and technical solutions Coordinate internal functions, suppliers, and external parties Create structure around activities, responsibility, timelines, and follow-up Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and deliverables Identify and manage risks, deviations, and dependencies Prepare decision-making materials and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders Ensure that changes and new solutions are implemented in a structured way Ensure that project solutions meet the operational business needs Drive improvement work and development initiatives together with the customer Who are you? You are a confident and experienced project manager who is used to taking responsibility and driving work forward. You find it easy to create structure, prioritize, and keep multiple elements together while having a good understanding of logistics and operational business. As a person, you are curious about how technology and automation can contribute to better flows and work methods. You don't need to be a technical specialist, but you should be able to understand technical solutions and function as a bridge between technology and business. You are clear, communicative, and unpretentious, and you build trust through being structured, solution-oriented, and clear in your communication. You are confident in making decisions and moving issues forward, while understanding the importance of creating involvement and bringing the business along. We believe you are someone who enjoys solving problems, has natural drive, and who doesn't hesitate to roll up your sleeves when needed. You see the big picture but also have the ability to dive into details when the situation requires it. Your background We would like to see that you: Have several years of experience in project management Have a background in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or other related business Have experience with projects in automation, preferably within warehousing and logistics Have a good understanding of operational management and how changes affect the business Have experience driving change or development projects Are used to coordinating multiple functions, stakeholders, and suppliers Have experience working with timelines, budgets, risks, and follow-up Are used to communicating with operational, technical, and decision-making roles Experience with AutoStore is highly valued. Also experience with other automation solutions, WMS, facility establishment, relocations, or major business changes. Why Pokayoke?
