About the Role
You will work as an ILS Manager in assignments together with our customers, where you take responsibility for planning, leading, and developing work related to the long-term function and efficiency of products and systems.
The role involves overall responsibility where you ensure that the right conditions exist for operations, maintenance, and support – from early phases through delivery and after-market.
Your areas of responsibility include:
- Lead and develop ILS work in complex engineering projects
- Develop and implement strategies for lifecycle management and maintenance
- Ensure that requirements related to operations, support, and availability are met
- Drive analyses such as LSA, maintenance planning, and spare parts strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, production, procurement, service, etc.)
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure appropriate solutions
- Contribute to methodology development and working practices within ILS
You will become a central player in the projects – with significant mandate and responsibility to influence both direction and results.
Base Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is confident in their expertise and has worked with ILS, lifecycle management, or equivalent previously.
You have a good understanding of how technical systems function in a larger context – and how to create structure in complex environments.
We see that you have:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering in a relevant field such as logistics, mechanical engineering, production, or systems engineering.
Alternatively, equivalent competence acquired through professional experience.
A master's or civil engineering degree is a merit.
- Previous experience working with ILS/Integrated Logistics Support
- Experience leading work or teams in project form
- Good knowledge in LSA, maintenance analysis, or similar areas
- Experience from technology-intensive industries (e.g., defense, manufacturing, industry, or systems development)
- Ability to work both operatively and strategically
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
We work closely with our customers and a Category B driver's license is a requirement. Since we often work within the defense industry or other services of societal importance, the positions are usually security-classified and may require certain citizenship.

We consider it a merit if you have completed military service or other relevant experience from the Swedish Armed Forces. Equivalent experience in security, preparedness, or similar areas is also viewed as a plus.
