About Technical Property Services Technical Property Services AB, TFS, is a company based in Norrland that handles maintenance and development of properties for customers who are property owners and users in industrial, public and commercial operations. The company operates within service and preventive maintenance of building engineering installations for ventilation, heating, refrigeration, electrical and automation systems. The business is located in Norrland with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north and with headquarters in Sundsvall. TFS is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with nearly 500 employees, of which approximately 250 are employed at TFS. About the Position In the role of project manager, you will plan, lead and allocate work within service and installation of refrigeration systems. You will drive several smaller projects in parallel and be responsible for the entire project cycle, from start, implementation and completion. As a project manager, you have a coordinating role where you plan resources, coordinate technicians and ensure that the team delivers on schedule by monitoring progress, following up activities and proactively managing risks and opportunities. The role also includes service management where you are responsible for planning and coordinating daily work and ensuring that service assignments are carried out with high quality and customer communication. You have overall responsibility for, among other things, budget and timeline, and are responsible for ensuring that assignments are completed with high quality, good service and profitability. You also drive matters with the customer regarding project changes based on obtained documentation such as drawings and descriptions to calculate and determine material and labor costs. You will also work with quotations and calculations as well as project monitoring. As a project manager, you are an important part of the business where you lead the work forward and build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Qualifications We believe that you as an applicant have a great interest in technology, are confident and have self-confidence in contact with new people. You have experience in refrigeration and have previously worked in a role as a project manager, service manager or team leader. Furthermore, you have a good ability to structure your work, drive processes forward and handle multiple assignments in parallel. We further believe that you enjoy working in a role with many contact points where you can coordinate technicians, have dialogue with customers and find solutions for our customers.
