About the Role

We are now seeking an experienced project manager in integrated security systems for our department that works on security matters. The department consists of project-leading security specialists and security managers. We provide consulting services within the security field to our customers and work on security assignments within Vattenfall Services. As a project manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a broad role where you lead projects from start to finish and collaborate with both customers and colleagues.
You will, among other things:
Act as a security specialist within our assignments.
Manage the procurement of execution contracts and drive projects toward established goals, timelines, and budgets
Ensure that security, quality, and environmental requirements are met
Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, authorities, and partners
Follow up on project implementation together with the project team and customer
Ensure that projects are completed and invoiced correctly
Travel is a natural part of the position and you will partly work at the facilities where the projects are being implemented.
Job Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in project management within the security field and who thrives in a role where you take responsibility, create structure, and collaborate with many different stakeholders. You are communicative and have an engaged approach to working with others. Since the work takes place both remotely from the office and out in the field, it is important that you are comfortable taking personal responsibility and planning your day.
We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:
Experience in project management within integrated security systems
Knowledge of locking, alarm, and access control systems or camera surveillance
Understanding of regulations regarding physical protection such as doors, fencing, and barriers
Experience in driving projects from design to completed installation
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience within the security field
Computer skills
Very good proficiency in Swedish and English
It is a merit if you also have:
Certifications as a qualified engineer within burglary alarm, fire alarm, or camera surveillance
Experience with systems such as Assa Abloy ARX
Familiarity with CAD or similar technical tools
