At Lente Automation, we're not just building smart buildings—we're building a company we want to work for ourselves.
For us, quality is about more than technology. It's about standing behind what we deliver, taking responsibility for each other, and creating a workplace where people can grow. We believe in expertise, collaborative teamwork without hierarchy, and an environment where it's okay to ask questions, think differently, and be yourself.
We're still a smaller specialist company. That means every employee makes a difference. Here you'll find short decision-making paths, great trust, and a commitment to developing our projects, our methods, and our company together.
Now we're looking for a project manager who wants to help us build the next chapter with us.
About the role
As a project manager, you'll be the link between customer, contractor, programmer, and technician. You plan, coordinate, and drive projects forward, but you're also technically interested enough to understand the systems and make the right decisions together with the team.
We believe the best project managers still love technology.
They want to understand why something works, not just when it will be done.
Your responsibilities
With us, you'll:
Plan and lead building automation projects from start to finished installation.
Be the customer's primary contact throughout the project.
Coordinate programmers, technicians, and contractors.
Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, maintain documentation and quality.
Identify risks and solve problems before they become problems.
Participate in technical reviews, commissioning, and handovers when needed.
Help develop our working methods and procedures together with your colleagues.
Who we think you are
Maybe you work today as:
Project Manager
Automation Engineer
Automation Technician
Lead Installation Technician
Site Manager
Service Manager
What matters most isn't your title. What matters most is that you enjoy responsibility, enjoy working with people, and enjoy technology.
You like creating structure, but you also know that reality sometimes requires flexibility. You're confident enough to make decisions, but humble enough to ask for help when needed.
You don't just want to deliver projects. You want to create added value.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience with projects in electrical, control, ventilation, or building automation.
Has good technical understanding.
Is experienced working with customers and contractors.
Is organized and solution-oriented.
Can work independently and take responsibility.
Has good understanding and experience in project economics.
Holds a valid driver's license (category B).
It's a plus if you have experience with:
Building automation
PLC or DDC systems
Project economics
Contractor projects
BAS-P or BAS-U
