With us, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating internal assignments and resources from start to finish. You will oversee projects from planning to final inspection. You will drive contracting projects and assignments in areas such as substations, cable laying, and other energy infrastructure, where you are responsible for schedule, budget, quality, and work environment. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with internal colleagues, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
About the Position
As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up contracting projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. You lead external contractors and coordinate internal resources on projects where HEM performs work. The work includes, among other things:
· Planning and coordinating internal assignments from start to completion
· Responsibility for project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and finances
· Establishing project and execution plans
· Leading turnkey projects such as substations and cable projects
· Coordinating internal resources and following up external contractors
· Maintaining active dialogue with internal stakeholders such as clients, planners, and engineers
· Ensuring that projects are carried out in accordance with contract terms, regulatory requirements, and applicable regulations
· Acting as BAS-U coordinator in assigned projects
· Leading planning and construction meetings, project follow-ups, and participating in safety inspections
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience leading contracting projects and who enjoys taking full responsibility from planning to completed delivery. You feel comfortable with contract law and have practical experience working with contracting agreements.
We are looking for someone who has:
· Experience in project management within contracting
· Strong knowledge of project management, project economics, and forecasting
· Competence in contract law
· Experience from the energy, power, construction, and civil engineering sectors or related areas
· BAS-U or equivalent experience
· Strong knowledge of Swedish and English
· Strong knowledge of the Office suite
· Valid driver's license (category B)
It is a merit if you have:
· Project manager training
· Experience with dP Power
· Training in BAS-P, BAM, Hot Work, or Safe Lifting
