As a project manager at Eltecno in Vellinge, you will have a central role where you combine technical expertise, structure, and customer dialogue to ensure successful project deliveries.
About the Role
As a project manager, you are responsible for leading and driving projects from start to finish. You ensure that projects are executed according to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality requirements and serve as an important connecting link between customers, suppliers, and internal resources.
The role involves significant personal responsibility where you get the opportunity to influence project execution and contribute to long-term customer relationships.
Your Main Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and follow up on electrical engineering and automation projects from initiation to delivery.
Calculate and budget projects and ensure good project profitability.
Responsible for resource planning and coordination of technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with applicable regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
Participate in customer meetings, identify needs, and together with the customer create optimal technical solutions.
Maintain clear and professional dialogue with customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
Handle risk analyses and follow up on quality, finances, and project results.
We are Looking for You Who Have
Engineering education in electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent experience gained through work.
At least 3–5 years of experience in project management within electrical engineering, automation, or related fields.
Good understanding of electrical and automation systems, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA.
Experience with contract law and work according to, for example, AB04, ABT06, or similar contract forms.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Class B driver's license.
Meritorious Experience
It is an advantage if you also have:
Certification in electrical installation, for example Authorized Electrical Installer (AL).
Experience with CAD programs for electrical design (we work in E-Plan).
Knowledge of energy efficiency and industrial automation.
Experience from the contracting or installation industry.
