About the Position
Professionals Nord is seeking, in collaboration with Harju Elekter, a Project Manager in Electrical Power for their operations in Västerås. Harju Elekter is an international industrial group with over 50 years of experience developing, manufacturing and delivering solutions in electrical distribution, electrical power and electrification. In Västerås, there are both offices and a modern production facility, which gives you the opportunity to work close to the operations and see the results of your work in practice.
In this role, you are responsible for projects including electrical houses, prefabricated substations and low-voltage switchgear. Projects typically span around 6 months and vary in size, which means a varied daily routine where you manage several projects in parallel. You will join an operation in development where the focus is on establishing structures and efficient processes. Here you will have the opportunity to influence how projects are driven forward.

Responsibilities
In your role as Project Manager you will:
Drive projects from handover to completed delivery
Be responsible for project timelines, budgets and quality
Lead and coordinate several parallel projects
Work closely with production and monitor progress in the factory
Maintain ongoing dialogue with designers, production, customers and subcontractors
Handle both technical and commercial aspects of projects
Ensure that deliveries occur according to agreed requirements and specifications
We are Looking for You if You
Have education or experience in electrical power or a related role in electrical engineering
Have experience in project management
Have understanding of project planning, finance and calculations
Speak and write fluent Swedish and English
It is Meritorious if You Have
Experience in medium voltage
Experience from installation projects or manufacturing operations
Experience working with switchgear, electrical houses or substations
As a person, you are self-driven, organized and quality-conscious. You thrive in a role where technical expertise is combined with problem-solving and collaboration.
