About the Role
As a project manager in electrical power, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up projects from start to delivery. You work closely with our customers, employees, suppliers, and other partners to ensure that projects are completed according to set objectives.
In this role, you will, among other things:
Lead electrical power projects within energy and industrial facilities.
Take responsibility for project schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables.
Coordinate internal and external resources.
Maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Manage risks, changes, and technical issues during project execution.
Contribute technical expertise and support to both customers and colleagues.
Participate in bid preparation, budgeting, and customer relationship development.
We are looking for you who:
Have 5–10 years of experience in project management within electrical power, energy, or industry.
Have good technical understanding of electrical power installations and related systems.
Have experience managing project budgets, schedules, and quality.
Are well-organized, communicative, and solution-oriented.
Enjoy working both independently and with others.
Have the ability to build good relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
Hold a valid driver's license and have strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious
Technical education in electrical power or equivalent experience.
Experience in design, testing, or commissioning of electrical power installations.
Experience with projects in, for example, power production, power distribution, industry, or infrastructure.
Knowledge of contract law, procurement, and relevant standards.
Experience working with bids and cost estimates.
