What the Position Entails As a project manager in electrical distribution, you are responsible for the entire project process—from budgeting and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. You lead projects with a focus on safety, quality, economics, and schedule, and work closely with customers, contractors, and internal resources. In this role, you lead and coordinate electrical grid projects, are responsible for technical aspects, economics, and schedule, and ensure that work is conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, ESA, and electrical safety requirements. You review technical documentation and engineering design, monitor projects, manage contracts, and work with budgeting, bids, material procurement, and cost tracking. This is a full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon. A probationary period may apply, and a background check is part of the recruitment process. Selection is ongoing. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with experience in project management within electrical distribution or related technical activities and who thrives taking responsibility. You are structured, communicative, and driven by getting projects completed with good quality and control. You have technical education in electrical or energy at upper secondary or post-secondary level, as well as a good understanding of economics, budgeting, and project monitoring. You have knowledge of contractor law according to AB 04 and ABT 06, strong knowledge of Swedish and English, good computer skills, and a valid driver's license (category B). Knowledge of electrical distribution and local power grids is a requirement. Certified project management training is an asset.
