What the Position Entails As a project manager in electric distribution, you are responsible for the entire project process—from budgeting and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. You lead projects with a focus on safety, quality, economics, and schedule, and work closely with customers, contractors, and internal resources. In this role, you lead and coordinate electrical projects within power grids, take responsibility for technical, economic, and schedule aspects, and ensure that work is conducted according to applicable regulations, ESA, and electrical safety requirements. You review technical documentation and design, monitor projects, manage contracts, and work with budgeting, quotes, material procurement, and cost tracking. This is a full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon. A probationary period may apply, and a background check is part of the recruitment process. Selection is ongoing. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking someone with experience in project management within electric distribution or related technical activities who is comfortable taking responsibility. You are structured, communicative, and driven by getting projects completed with good quality and control. You have technical education in electricity or energy at upper secondary or post-secondary level, as well as a good understanding of economics, budgeting, and project monitoring. You have knowledge of contractor law according to AB 04 and ABT 06, excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, good computer skills, and a category B driver's license. Knowledge of electric distribution and local power grids is required. Certified project management training is a merit.
