Your Responsibilities
As a Project Manager for COMOS Aries, you are responsible for planning, leading, and ensuring successful project delivery according to the established design brief. You work closely with stakeholders, technical specialists, and external suppliers to ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with requirements, budget, and schedule.
The role involves overall responsibility for project implementation, from planning and resource allocation to risk management and monitoring. You drive the work according to agile principles and Scrum methodology to create efficient deliveries and continuous improvements.
In the role, you will, among other things:
Ensure that the project scope follows the design brief and business requirements.
Manage change control and ensure that requirements and integration needs are met.
Establish, monitor, and manage the project budget and ensure cost control.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and schedules.
Coordinate and optimize the use of internal resources and external suppliers.
Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and drive appropriate actions.
Lead the project team in an agile environment through sprint planning, monitoring, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure effective communication with project stakeholders and decision-makers.
Your Profile
Multiple years of experience in project management within technology, software, or development projects.
Good knowledge of Agile working methods and Scrum.
Experience with budget responsibility, planning, and resource management.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Experience in risk management and change management.
Very good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to make decisions and solve complex problems even under time pressure.
It is advantageous if you have:
Experience with the COMOS platform.
Knowledge of engineering and systems integration processes.
Experience from larger industrial or technical project environments.
