Enköpings Hyresbostäder (EHB) is a municipal housing company with a clear societal mission: to create safe, sustainable, and attractive living environments. With approximately 3,000 apartments, 38,000 square meters of commercial space, and 45 dedicated employees, we are a central player in a growing municipality. The Projects Department is responsible for EHB's construction and development projects, from initial investigations and design to implementation and handover. The department consists of two project managers, one renovation coordinator, and one project director. Together we drive new construction, renovations, ROT projects, and technical improvements that contribute to a sustainable property portfolio in the long term. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a project manager at EHB, you will have a central role in developing both new apartments and existing properties. You are responsible for leading and coordinating projects throughout the entire construction process—from early ideas, investigations, and design to procurement, implementation, completion, and handover to property management. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in property management and development, as well as in collaboration with consultants, contractors, authorities, and other external parties. You are responsible for driving projects according to established goals for time, budget, quality, function, and sustainability. The work includes, among other things, procurements, development of tender documents, bid evaluation, design management, contractor agreements, construction meetings, authority contacts, and building permit and approval matters. You also contribute with solutions that create good functionality, efficient resource use, and long-term value for our tenants and our property management. You are part of EHB's project organization and report to the project director. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is confident in the project manager role and has experience independently driving construction projects from start to finish. You have a structured way of working, good communication skills, and enjoy interaction with tenants, colleagues, contractors, consultants, and authorities. As a person, you are self-driven, responsive, and solution-oriented. You build trust throughout the project phases and contribute to the team with collaboration, commitment, and an unpretentious approach. We want you to have: • At least five years of experience in project management within construction, property development, or a comparable field. • Relevant higher education in construction, engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience. • Experience with new construction and ROT projects, preferably with a focus on multi-family housing. • Knowledge of contractor law and relevant standard agreements, such as ABT 06, AB 04, or ABK 09. • Experience with public procurement according to LOU. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • B-level driver's license. It is advantageous if you have experience with: • BAS-P/BAS-U. • Processes related to tenant approval. Employment Type: Permanent position. Duration: Start date: Start according to agreement.
