We are seeking a project manager for identity and access management within the cybersecurity function of an international corporation.
You own the IAM project from concept to management, with responsibility for both delivery and business value.
About the Client
The client is an international corporation with operations in several countries. The assignment is located within the corporation's cybersecurity function, where identity and access management is its own program with multiple parallel technical deliveries.
The environment is Microsoft-heavy with Active Directory, Entra ID, B2B and B2C flows, and Identity Governance, combined with an IAM or PAM platform. The working language is English and the teams are geographically distributed.
Location: Stockholm. The assignment runs from October 2026 to March 2027.
About the Role
You take overall responsibility for the project throughout its lifecycle, set mission and OKRs, and translate them into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog that stakeholders understand.
The role is equally technical and strategic. You lead a cross-functional team of engineers, define MVPs, and consciously scale down to get rapid feedback in delivery.
You drive your own development.
What You Will Do
Own the project from concept to optimization with responsibility for delivered value
Set mission and OKRs and translate them into roadmap and backlog
Lead a cross-functional technical team with many dependencies
Identify improvements in strategy, policy, and processes within IAM
Coach the organization in best practices for identity and access management
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across project boundaries
Define MVPs, prioritize the backlog, and drive short feedback cycles
Who We're Looking For
Requirements
Documented experience leading IT projects from initiation to implementation
Experience leading technical teams with many dependencies, preferably geographically distributed
Solid understanding of directory services: Active Directory, Entra ID, B2B and B2C, and Identity Governance
Knowledge of an IAM or PAM solution, such as SailPoint, One Identity, Saviynt, or CyberArk
Experience with Jira and backlog management
Fluent English, spoken and written
Meritorious
Experience with roadmap and OKR work at program level
Experience documenting IAM processes and reporting on system activity
Experience with customer-focused development deliveries in an international environment
Swedish, spoken and written
