Prowork is a staffing company specializing in, among other things, Infrastructure. We have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö – and operate within staffing, interim, and recruitment. For our Gothenburg office, we are now seeking a solution-oriented Project Manager who wants to take on an exciting challenge with us. What we're looking for Are you an action-oriented person who gets things done here and now? Do you come to work with a big smile on your face? Do you enjoy building relationships with both clients, consultants, and colleagues? Do you also think it's important to maintain structures and good communication – then we think you should keep reading. You may have a higher education, preferably in HR/personnel science, economics, or Infrastructure, but what matters most are your personal qualities and character. A driver's license and good communication in both Swedish and English are requirements; knowledge of Polish is a merit. Your day at Prowork As a Project Manager, you are primarily responsible for Prowork's consultant groups at the work site. You will function as a link between Prowork, the consultant, and the client. You do this by supporting our consultants at the work site with everything from scheduling and planning to administration. In the role of Project Manager, you need to have a good sense of service and are driven by continuous development and improvement in your work. Together with your closest colleagues and manager, you will drive projects and business from start to goal and must therefore enjoy having daily contact with colleagues, clients, and consultants. The projects you will be involved in include many companies from several different nations, and therefore the majority of daily communication with clients and consultants is in English. In addition to your tasks as Project Manager, you will have great personal responsibility and good opportunities to influence both your own and Prowork's development.
