As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating the implementation of Fritidsbanken in Krokom Municipality. You serve as the hub of the project and coordinate both internal and external stakeholders throughout the establishment process. The project is led by a steering committee to which you report. You are responsible for driving the project toward set goals, following up on completed activities, and keeping the steering committee continuously informed about the project's operations and results. You will have a working group with various necessary competencies to support you. You work according to the implementation model developed by the association Fritidsbanken Sverige. As an employee, you are based at the Culture and Leisure Unit, where 17 permanent employees work alongside several project and temporary employees. We are part of the Municipal Administration, which serves three boards; the Municipal Council, the Building and Environment Board, and the Urban Development Board. The administration employs approximately 135 employees and is divided into three areas: administration, building and environment, and urban development and growth, where the culture and leisure department is located. All operations within the growth area have a responsibility to contribute to sustainable development in Krokom Municipality. A day as project manager at Fritidsbanken in Krokom Municipality You are the one who will steer the ship in the right direction, that is, to lead and coordinate all parts of the implementation project that make it possible to establish Fritidsbanken in the municipality. You work according to the implementation model developed by the association Fritidsbanken Sverige.
