About the Role We are looking for an experienced project manager who wants to drive our largest projects. In this role, you are responsible for your projects and for leading and developing your project organization to achieve the best possible results. About the Role As a project manager, you are responsible for leading and delivering large projects ranging from 50 Mkr to 1,000 Mkr. You work with turnkey contracts that include ground, construction, procurement, design, assembly, and commissioning, with responsibility for driving the project to completion on time and with high quality. You will be supported by sub-project managers, site managers, field technicians, and internal support functions. Organizationally, you belong to our business area "Stations Project Medium." Your main areas of responsibility include: Planning and implementation of the project Leading and controlling the project team Responsibility for the financial outcome of projects and handling closure and financial follow-up Informing and reporting on project status to the client Participating in site meetings and negotiations with the customer Risk management Reporting and documentation of project progress The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality. In your role as Project Manager, you will primarily work from your office, but you will also be on site. Travel is a natural part of the work. Those who work on larger projects often travel longer distances where overnight stays occur. Job Requirements To be successful in this role, you have the ability to create strong collaborations and set direction. You solve problems that arise and are experienced in handling risks and unexpected situations. As a leader, you create engagement through participation and have the ability to establish structure to achieve both sub-goals and overarching goals. Finally, you are business-minded with good entrepreneurial spirit, but would never let profitability come before safety. We know that you will develop together with us.
