About the Role
We are seeking an experienced project manager who wants to drive our largest projects. In this role, you are responsible for your projects and for leading and developing your project organization to achieve the best possible results. About the Role
As a project manager, you are responsible for leading and delivering large projects in the range of 50 Mkr up to 1000 Mkr. You work with turnkey contracts that include ground preparation, construction, procurement, design, assembly, and commissioning with responsibility for delivering the project on time and with high quality. To support you, you have sub-project managers, site managers, technicians in the field, and internal support functions. Organizationally, you are part of our business area "Stations Project Mid".
Your main areas of responsibility include:
Planning and execution of the project
Leadership and management of the project team
Responsibility for the financial outcome of projects and handling completion and financial follow-up
Informing and reporting on project status to the customer
Participating in construction meetings and negotiations with the customer
Risk management
Reporting and documentation of project progress
The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality. As a Project Manager, you will primarily work from your office but you will also be on site. Travel is a natural part of the work. Those working on larger projects often travel longer distances where overnight stays occur.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you have the ability to create strong collaborations and set direction. You solve problems that arise and are used to managing risks and unexpected situations. As a leader, you create engagement through participation and you have the ability to structure work to achieve both sub-goals and overall goals. Finally, you are business-minded with good entrepreneurship, but would never let profitability come before safety.
We know you will develop together with us. But we would like you to already have:
Several years of experience leading and delivering large projects
Experience from the power industry
Experience from the contracting industry
Experience with customer and supplier relations
Experience with contracting law and contract negotiations
Class B driver's license is required
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Within the department's geography. For example, Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, Västerås, Norrköping, Nyköping, Jönköping, Växjö, Ludvika, Avesta, or by agreement.
