Do you want to work with some of Stockholm's and Malmö's most exciting properties and be part of a team with a wide range of expertise in an exciting part of the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket)? We have the job for you! Responsibilities We are looking for experienced and driven construction project managers with a focus on building/property projects. The projects involve buildings owned and managed by Trafikverket for its own operations. The construction project organization works closely with the operational units that set the functional requirements that the projects must fulfill. As a project manager, you have overall responsibility for the project's schedule, budget, and scope, which includes: · Planning, leading, and monitoring the project throughout the entire process - from needs analysis and design to implementation and handover · Ensuring that project plans, schedules, and budgets are established · Ensuring that internal procedures, guidelines, and functional requirements regarding safety and work environment are met, and that legal and regulatory requirements are complied with · Participating in the procurement of consultants and contractors in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (Lagen om Offentlig Upphandling, LOU) · Responsibility for establishing the project budget and ensuring that the project is managed cost-effectively · Preparing decision-making documentation · Responsibility for government agency contacts · Leading/participating in required project meetings with both internal stakeholders at Trafikverket and external consultants and contractors Your Development As a project manager, you have great opportunities for development, such as access to various forums for experience sharing, networking, training, and certain support functions.
