About the role Building automation is a central part of the sustainable and energy-efficient buildings of the future. As a project manager, you are responsible for the entire project implementation, from planning and design to delivery and follow-up. You work closely with both customers, technicians and subcontractors, and ensure that projects maintain high quality, correct schedule and good profitability. The role is varied and combines technology, business and leadership. You drive the work forward, coordinate resources and create structure in projects. At the same time, you are involved in developing and optimizing control systems that contribute to operational reliability, comfort and reduced energy consumption. Your areas of responsibility • Design and construction • Develop project plans including schedule and budget • Ensure that project goals, quality and delivery are achieved • Coordinate technicians and provide support on programming and commissioning issues • Responsibility for customer and subcontractor contact • Lead or participate in tests, functional trials and inspections • Monitor finances and manage project costs on an ongoing basis • Handle changes and additional work during the project • Prepare and ensure correct project and technical documentation • Ensure handover and plan for operation, maintenance and support About us SDC Automation has over 100 years of combined experience in building automation.
