Now we're looking for a Project Manager in real estate for an exciting consulting assignment in Östersund! Do you want to lead projects that make a real difference and contribute to the development of modern workplaces? We're looking for a driven and independent project manager for a long-term assignment where you'll be responsible for several strategically important real estate and office projects. Here you'll have a central role in an operation where collaboration, structure, and progress are in focus. About the position In this role, you're responsible for ensuring that the organization's new office in Östersund is ready for occupancy according to plan, while also driving and coordinating other real estate projects at the organization's sites in Östersund, Åre, and Boden. You work both strategically and operatively and are responsible for the projects from planning through implementation with a focus on schedules, budgets, and the organization's needs. You'll work closely with internal operations, external suppliers, and your client who is based in Linköping. An important part of the role is also to ensure clear and ongoing communication about the projects and create good collaboration between all involved parties. After moving into the new office, you'll also become the facility manager and work on establishing a long-term sustainable management and operations. The role also involves supporting the implementation of new working methods in the activity-based office and contributing to a well-functioning facility management organization. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking personal responsibility, has great drive, and is motivated by leading complex projects where many different stakeholders collaborate. Responsibilities Project lead and coordinate the establishment of a new office through to occupancy. Drive and coordinate multiple real estate and office projects. Ensure that projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and established goals. Serve as facility manager and ensure functioning operations and management after occupancy. Gather the organization's needs and develop investment proposals. Plan and be responsible for project communications. Collaborate with internal functions, the organization, and external suppliers. Contribute to the implementation of new working methods and long-term sustainable facility management. Desired qualifications and characteristics We're looking for someone with experience in project management, preferably in real estate, offices, production, or operations development. You work in a structured manner, are independent, and have strong ability to plan and manage multiple projects in parallel. You're a confident communicator who enjoys creating engagement and building good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you're solution-oriented, proactive, and have experience with budget responsibility and financial follow-up. We'd like you to have: Experience in project management within real estate, office, or operations projects. Experience with budget responsibility and financial follow-up. Strong ability to lead change initiatives and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. B-category driver's license. Other information about the position Employment type: Fixed-term employment Scope: Full-time Period: September 3, 2026 – December 31, 2027, with good possibility for extension. Work location: Östersund (travel to Åre and Boden will occur) What happens after you apply?
