Project Manager, Electrical Contracting

About the Position As a project manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our contracting projects are carried out with high quality, good profitability, and satisfied customers. You have overall responsibility for project finances, staffing, and administration and serve as the link between the customer, installers, suppliers, and other partners. Your main responsibilities: - Manage project finances, budgets, and follow-up. - Plan and ensure proper staffing on projects. - Lead and coordinate projects from startup to completion. - Handle material and service orders. - Manage project administration, documentation, and follow-up. - Maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Ensure projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with experience in project management within electrical installation or a related industry. You have a good understanding of contracting law and project economics, and you are experienced in handling project administration and follow-up. Good knowledge of Swedish and English as well as a Class B driver's license are required for the position. As a person, you are organized, solution-oriented, and have strong administrative skills. You enjoy planning, prioritizing, and leading multiple projects simultaneously and communicate clearly in collaboration with both customers and colleagues.
