You'll become part of a business unit with clear local responsibility, where you'll work together with the business unit manager and colleagues to build on the electrical power business in the region.
Your Assignment
As a project manager at Actemium, you have overall responsibility for your projects, from business development and estimation to execution and follow-up. You drive projects within the electrical power segment (0.4–36 kV) and ensure that deliveries meet the right quality, are completed on time, and are profitable.
The role involves clear business responsibility and you actively work on both developing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
In the role you will, among other things:
be responsible for the technical and economic execution of projects, with full profit responsibility
work with estimations, quotes, and project planning
maintain dialogue with customers and serve as Actemium's representative in business dealings
follow up on projects related to finances, quality, work environment, and schedule
contribute to the business unit's development together with the business unit manager
lead and coordinate resources in projects, including some personnel responsibility
You are a key person in the business unit and have significant impact on both project and business development.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for you who have a technical background in electrical power, automation, or a related field and who have industry experience. You have experience leading projects within electrical power, or alternatively, you've held a technical leadership role with responsibility for execution and delivery.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
have a good understanding of project economics and are comfortable with profit responsibility
have experience with contract law and working in a project-based format
thrive in customer interactions and have a business-oriented approach
are well-organized and drive work forward with clear follow-up
have the ability to lead and engage others in projects
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have a B-class driver's license.
We would also like it if you have:
experience in electrical design or technical project planning
knowledge of relevant standards and norms within electrical power
familiarity with Microsoft Office and business systems
