What You'll Work With at Södra
As a project manager in OT digitalization, you'll be a key player in our work to develop and implement digital solutions at our mills. You'll be an important bridge between people, technology, and operations – and get to be part of creating real value.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally with digitalization in industry. You'll drive projects from idea to implementation – but you'll do it together with others.
You'll do things such as:
Lead digital development initiatives and create results that make a real impact on operations
Serve as the link between industrial IT (OT) and production, processes, and maintenance
Connect technology with business needs and create cohesion in projects
Work closely with engineers and specialists at our mills
Help develop new ways of working with digitalization
With us, you'll have a role where you both get to use your technical expertise and your ability to create collaboration and engagement.
This is a central, cross-business area role where you work across all our mills within Södra Cell. That means you'll get a broad network, significant influence across the organization, and insight into several parts of our operations. The role involves travel as projects are run at our mills in Värö, Mörrum, and Mönsterås.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a start date by agreement.
Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for you – someone curious about how technology can make a real difference in an industry-near operation, and who enjoys a role where you can take responsibility, collaborate, and drive things forward.
You have:
Engineering education or equivalent experience
Experience in project management, or have worked in projects in a similar role
Knowledge in areas such as process control, data analysis, AI/ML, IoT, or predictive maintenance
A valid driver's license
As a person, we believe you:
