Assignments and Competency Requirements As a project manager for digitalization and operations development, you're responsible for leading and driving projects from idea and pre-study through implementation, deployment, and benefit realization. You ensure that projects deliver agreed-upon results within established parameters for quality, time, and budget. As part of the Project Office, which currently consists of five project managers, you'll also contribute to developing our shared approach to project management, change management, benefit realization, and portfolio governance. To be a suitable candidate for this role, you have several years of experience leading complex projects, ideally within digitalization, operations development, organizational change, or system implementation. You have post-secondary education, preferably university-level education with an IT focus or education in fields such as systems science, operations development, management, or other relevant areas. We're looking for someone who is self-driven, well-organized, and confident in a leadership role. You create engagement, build trust, and have the ability to get people and operations moving toward shared goals. You have a holistic perspective, are communicative, and thrive in the space between operations and IT. We'd like to see that you have experience with: Leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders Public procurement Operations development and change management Digitalization and transformation initiatives System implementations and operations-focused development projects Project methodologies such as XLPM, PPS, Prince2, or PMI Both traditional and agile working methods Project tools such as Antura or equivalent It's a plus if you're certified in IPMA, PMI, or Prince2, as well as if you have knowledge of PM3 and ITIL Choose Telge Within Telge, you have every opportunity to shape your own future.
