About the position
As a project manager with us, you'll have a central role where you drive projects from the first customer dialogue all the way to final delivery. You'll be a natural link between customer, production, and assembly, and an important part of creating structure, progress, and good results. The role is broad and varied. In some projects, you're deeply involved in details; in others, you take a more overarching approach. You're responsible for the whole picture, from budgeting and planning to follow-up, and you help ensure that projects stay on schedule, within budget, and maintain quality.

Your profile
We believe you're someone who thrives in an environment where collaboration is a given. You have a structured way of working, feel confident in your expertise, and are motivated by driving projects forward together with others. You have a background in construction, either through education or experience, and have worked in a role where you've taken responsibility for projects, finances, and planning.
Relevant education in construction or equivalent experience
Experience with project management in construction, industry, or prefabrication
Strong collaboration skills and business acumen
Ability to work both strategically and operationally

Dalahusgruppen is a company that operates industrial timber construction. Our timber mill is located in Linghed, approximately 35 km northeast of Falun. Timber production in Linghed started in 1938 with prefabricated timber components. Today we have 55 employees and an annual turnover of 120 million SEK, and we're one of Sweden's leading suppliers of prefabricated timber products. The company is currently 100% owned by ByggpartnerGruppen AB. In our mill, we produce a flexible range of products, with common offerings including walls, floor systems, roof elements, roof trusses, and more. Production also includes processing and further refinement of solid timber products such as ribbed elements, block-laminated laminated timber, laminated timber, CLT, and LVL.
