The factory's location in Enköping is optimal for reaching projects in Stockholm and Mälardalen with short transport distances, which is both cost-effective and environmentally beneficial. About the Position We are now looking for an engaged project manager who wants to drive exciting projects and move our business forward. With us, you will have a key role in the organization where you are responsible for ensuring that projects are completed with high quality, good profitability, and satisfied customers. The role involves close collaboration with customers, designers, production, and contractors to ensure that projects are executed according to agreed schedules, quality standards, and budgets. The work is varied and combines technical, administrative, and communication tasks. Whether you are relatively new to the workforce or have a few years of experience, we value above all the right attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to take responsibility. Travel is part of the position, primarily during the day, but overnight stays may occur if needed. Your Responsibilities · Plan, lead, and follow up projects from start to completion · Be the company's point of contact with customers and collaborators · Coordinate the various actors in the project and ensure good communication · Monitor schedules, finances, and quality · Handle project administration and documentation · Participate in building meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups · Contribute to development and improvement of working methods and processes Who Are You? We are looking for someone with great commitment, who takes responsibility for their work, and enjoys driving projects forward. You don't need to know everything from the start – what matters most is that you have the willingness to learn, are curious, creative, and able to find good rational solutions that benefit us and our customers. · Experience with project or construction management within the construction and civil engineering industry. · Good knowledge of construction technology · Good administrative abilities and experience working in a structured manner · Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing · A solution-oriented and responsible work approach · B-class driver's license · Languages: Swedish and English. Polish is a merit. Meritorious but not required: background as a civil engineer in construction, experience working on construction sites as a site manager, work supervisor, or project engineer. Background in the prefab industry is also a merit.
