Company Presentation We are now seeking a Project Manager – Comos Aries Software Delivery for our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector that delivers advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are abundant. This is initially a consulting assignment of 6 months through Unik Resurs with excellent potential for extension. Tasks and Responsibilities As Project Manager – Comos Aries Software Delivery, you are responsible for planning, driving, and delivering the project in accordance with the established Design Brief. You ensure that the project's scope, timeline, budget, and resources are managed effectively and that the delivery meets business requirements and relevant compliance standards. Your main tasks include: Lead the project from planning through execution and delivery. Ensure that the project scope follows the Design Brief as well as business and stakeholder requirements. Manage changes to requirements and project scope through structured change control. Establish and monitor the project budget and take action to ensure the project's financial objectives. Create and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies. Ensure effective resource planning of internal teams and external suppliers. Identify and analyze project risks and develop and monitor risk-reducing measures. Responsible for the risk register and ongoing communication regarding project risks and status. Work according to Agile principles and Scrum, including sprint planning, follow-up, and retrospectives. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure close collaboration between technical and functional competencies. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience managing complex projects in a technical environment and who is accustomed to taking overall responsibility for delivery. For success in this role, we would like you to have: Experience in project management within software, IT, or technical systems. Good understanding of the Comos platform and technical/engineering-related workflows. Experience in budget, time, and resource management. Experience in risk management and change management. Knowledge and experience of Agile working methods and Scrum. Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and experience negotiating and building consensus. Strong analytical ability and ability to solve complex problems even under time pressure.
