About the Position
M5 Bygg AB is seeking an experienced project manager within construction and renovation who wants to take full responsibility – from the first customer meeting and estimation to production, financials, and completed project.
What the Role Involves
As a project manager, you'll be a central link between clients, company management, craftspeople, subcontractors, and suppliers. You're responsible for the overall project and combine construction technology, economics, project management, sales, and customer relations.
You should be able to go from the customer's needs to technical assessment, estimation, quotation, production, and financial follow-up.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for someone with several years of documented experience in construction, renovation, or similar contracting work and who can independently drive projects.
You have good construction technical knowledge and a clear business and financial mindset. Experience with renovation projects for private customers is particularly important. You're experienced in meeting customers and explaining technical and financial matters clearly.

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
You need to have:
• Documented experience in project management within construction, renovation, or similar work.
• Experience with estimation and pricing.
• Experience in sales and business-focused customer dialogue.
• Experience with renovation projects for private customers.
• Good understanding of project and contracting economics.
• Experience with ÄTA management.
• Good construction technical knowledge.
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing.
Additional competence in the following areas is very important:
• BAS-P and BAS-U.
• KMA coordination.
• Environmental responsibility in construction.
• LOU and public procurement.
• Contract law for construction.
• AB 04 and ABT 06.
