About the Position Skillpartner Sweden is now seeking an experienced and dedicated construction project manager for upcoming assignments and positions with our clients. This role is ideal for you if you want to drive successful construction projects from start to finish, develop yourself in a dynamic industry, and work in varying environments where quality, safety, and business acumen are in focus. Responsibilities As a construction project manager, you will have overall responsibility for planning, leading, and completing construction projects. Your main duties include: Planning, control, and monitoring of project schedules, budgets, and quality. Coordination and management of subcontractors, consultants, and team members. Liaison with authorities, procurement, and contract management. Responsibility for workplace environment and safety regulations at construction sites. Ongoing communication and reporting to project owners, clients, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications We are looking for you as a natural leader with strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility. You are organized, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to remain calm even in stressful situations. Your commitment, business-minded approach, and ability to build strong relationships are crucial for success in this role. Requirements and Merits Post-secondary education in building technology, civil engineering, or equivalent (YH/University). Junior or Senior experience in project management, site management, or construction law within the building sector. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with relevant project management and calculation software is a merit. B-driver's license is required for the position. Other Information Placement: Varying locations depending on client and assignment. Working hours: Full-time / part-time depending on client. Start date: According to agreement.
