About the Position Skillpartner Sweden is now seeking an experienced and committed construction project manager for upcoming assignments and positions with our clients. This role is suitable for you if you want to drive successful construction projects from start to finish, develop in a dynamic industry, and work in varying environments where quality, safety, and business efficiency are in focus. Main Responsibilities As a construction project manager, you will have overall responsibility for planning, leading, and completing construction projects. Your main tasks include: Planning, management, and monitoring of the project schedule, budget, and quality. Coordination and leadership of subcontractors, consultants, and team members. Government contacts, procurement, and contract management. Responsibility for workplace health and safety regulations at construction sites. Ongoing communication and reporting to clients, customers, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications We are looking for you as a natural leader with strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have the ability to remain calm even in stressful situations. Your commitment, business acumen, and ability to build good relationships are crucial for success in this role. Requirements and Merits Post-secondary education in construction engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent (YH/University). Junior or Senior experience in project management, site management, or construction law within the construction sector. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with relevant project management and estimation software is a merit. A class B driver's license is required for this position.
