You will become part of the Project Management Section, within the Infrastructure Department at the Infrastructure and Services Administration, where we together develop sustainable, attractive and functional environments for the residents of Luleå. You lead the projects through the entire process – from early stages, planning and design to production, inspection and handover – with responsibility for schedule, budget and quality. You work closely with departments, colleagues, consultants and contractors and manage procurements according to LOU and handle contracts according to AB/ABT/ABK. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Qualifications University education in construction, civil engineering or other education that the employer deems relevant Experience in project management within building projects Good knowledge of the building process, contract forms and project management Class B driving license An advantage is experience from public sector, LOU, construction law and work with building projects in close cooperation with departments and external partners.
