Our Lighting business area is a leader in Sweden when it comes to expertise within the lighting field. We deliver energy-efficient comprehensive solutions to our customers. Our customers include the Swedish Transport Administration, municipalities, construction companies, and within the industrial and infrastructure sectors. Examples of areas where we work include road lighting, illumination of buildings, bridges, trees, and monuments. The Lighting East Mid department is now seeking our next project manager, someone driven by working closely with customers and building long-term relationships. Your main tasks as a project manager will be to plan and manage existing operations and maintenance agreements as well as new agreements that we win in procurement processes. You are involved throughout the entire process from quote calculation to contract writing, and then you drive the agreements forward. You work together with technicians and subcontractors who perform planned maintenance work, handle faults, and build new lighting installations. You are responsible for upselling to existing customers and participate in efforts to develop new customers. We are convinced that the most important quality for succeeding as a project manager is your drive for business and achieving set goals. Your main work tasks: Lead and allocate work in your projects Manage project finances Handle contacts with customers, clients, and subcontractors Compile quotes and participate in bids Procurement of contractors, services, and materials Financial and technical follow-up through project analysis Ensure that our quality and work environment procedures are followed Requirements We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. The role also requires structure and organization. Since you will work in various data and case management systems, you need to be comfortable with administration, thorough, and have the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. We also welcome you if you are early in your project management career, but have the right energy, drive, and ambition to develop with us. We know you will develop together with us. However, we would be pleased if you already have: Completed upper secondary education or higher within electrical work. Several years of professional experience as an electrician. An interest in project management and project economics within the electrical industry and public lighting. A driver's license (category B), as the position includes occasional travel. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Good computer skills. Experience with contract law, basic work environment training, BAS U/P certification, Working on Roads training, and ESA are merits.
