About the Position We are seeking a project manager for Coor Service Management. In this role, you are responsible for planning, work preparation, and coordination of renovations and technical installations in a hospital environment. You ensure that work is carried out with the right conditions, quality, and safety, in close collaboration with operations, contractors, specialists, and business units. You become part of a prestigious and socially important mission: to contribute to the technical operations and development of Nya Karolinska Solna. The role is ideal for you if you want to take the next step in project management, work planning, or technical coordination in a complex facility environment. Work Tasks In this role, you drive and coordinate small to medium-sized projects within building installations—from planning and work preparation to execution and handover to operations and business units. Projects may include renovations, adaptations, dismantling, or technical installations in an existing hospital environment. You work closely with daily operations and ensure that work is well-prepared before execution. This includes coordinating resources, identifying risks, creating structure around implementation, and ensuring that all parties have the right information. Examples of work tasks: Plan, prepare, and coordinate technical work and renovations Drive and coordinate small to medium-sized projects within building installations Ensure that projects are executed with the right conditions, quality, and safety Collaborate with operations staff, contractors, specialists, clients, and business units Participate in risk assessments and contribute to safe execution in a sensitive hospital environment Follow up on work and ensure handover to operations and business units The hospital environment requires special attention to planning, risk awareness, and coordination. This makes the role both developmental and important—especially for you who want to build deeper experience with technical projects in a complex and operationally critical facility environment. We are Looking for You Who Have: Post-secondary education in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience Work experience from a coordinating role in, for example, facilities, construction, installation, operations, or contracting Good technical understanding and interest in building installations Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you have: Experience working on a project basis Experience in work planning and/or risk assessment Understanding of operations and installations in facilities Experience from hospital environments, Facility Management, construction contracting, or technical management Previous experience in project management, technical coordination, or work supervision As a person, you are organized, thorough, and comfortable managing multiple contact points. You enjoy creating order, properly preparing work, and ensuring that execution works in practice. You work well with different professional groups, communicate clearly, and adapt to situations and audiences. You don't need to be a finished project manager—but you do need the right drive, sense of responsibility, and desire to develop in a role where technology, planning, and coordination meet.
